Digital Product - No Returns After Access
Shipnative sells digital software products that are delivered immediately after purchase. Delivery includes access to private source code repositories, documentation, and related digital materials.
Because these products are delivered instantly and access cannot be revoked in a meaningful way, all sales are final once access has been granted, and we do not offer refunds after delivery.
EU / EEA / UK Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union, European Economic Area, or United Kingdom, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
However, under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, this right does not apply to digital content once performance has begun, if the consumer has expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
By completing a purchase on shipnative.app, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access has been granted.
Exceptions
Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in limited circumstances, such as:
- Duplicate charges
- Billing errors
- Fraudulent transactions
These cases are evaluated individually and do not constitute a general right to a refund.
